Delivery Information

Delivery of Goods

We can deliver to addresses anywhere in the UK subject to security checks through our payment partners Stripe and PayPal. For deliveries to certain remote UK locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. Your order will be delivered either by Parcelforce, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by another courier of our choosing. A signature is required deliveries. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose.

Delivery Times

You can choose from our Standard Delivery Service or our Express Delivery Option. Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 3-4 working days, our Express Option is for Next Working Day via our Courier (due to the current situation with couriers struggling to guarantee next day this may take 2 days, but 99% of the time it will be next working day).

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

For Express Delivery, orders must be placed by 12.00pm. 

All orders will be delivered either by Parcelforce, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by another courier of our choosing. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 5pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, up to 9pm Monday to Friday. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot. Deliveries to non-Mainland UK, remote locations may take longer.

Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
